I just wrapped-up a couple of exciting projects for M3 Cycling, capping off a busy fall and winter. M3 is an inspirational nonprofit youth cycling team and mentoring program in the greater Boston area. They bring bicycle racing to children and teens with socio-economic barriers, while at the same time motivating and empowering them with important life skills.
The first, A Spark to Do More, is a short, high-energy promotional video aimed at attracting new cyclists, mentors, and sponsors. The second video, Beyond the Bike, is an in-depth profile of M3 that tells their story from concept to reality, exploring their goals, accomplishments, and the positive effects experienced by members. I had the pleasure of screening it at Boston Open Screen at the Coolidge Corner Theatre last week, which was a real treat. Both projects combined interviews with action shots of the cyclists, which were a lot of fun to shoot.
On to the next project!
